Job Responsibilities:

  • Estimate material and labor costs for custom and special fabrication projects
  • Review project specifications and blueprints to accurately determine project requirements
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop accurate and competitive project bids
  • Communicate with customers regarding project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability of materials
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates to meet project deadlines
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating, construction, or related field
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Knowledge of fencing materials and installation techniques is a plus
